Also known as Obstacle Course Racing (OCR), Obstacle Racing is a sport with disciplines including Sprints, Track, Cross Country, Ultra, Set-time, Beach, and Mountain. Each discipline included events with distances from 100m to 100 km, and categories for individuals and teams (relasy and collaboration).
There are over 2,500 obstacle races worldwide and brands such as Tough Viking, Toughest, Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, and Strong Viking have multiple races, series and championships.
The Sport of Ninja is managed and administered by the OCR Standing Committee.
